Project work begins only after both parties agree on scope, timeline, and price in a signed proposal or statement of work. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quote.
Intellectual property
Ownership of custom code, designs, and content delivered under a signed engagement transfers to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability
WebInfitech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for delivered project work is governed by the relevant signed agreement.
